SCORPION’s Voice Finally Heard, MoEF Will Provide a Standard Guidline for Indonesian Zoos (August 15, 2016)

After conducting various campaigns through social media, youtube, websites, and even demonstrations to protest the Ministry of the Environment and Forestry (MoEF) pertaining to poor conditions of animals in Indonesia zoos, finally the MoEF began to recognize openly that the conditions in the Indonesian zoos are bad and require guidelines.

Scorpion and Partners Save a Juvenile Orangutan From Illegal Pet in Sumatra (July 28, 2016)

After two months attempting to rescue a juvenile male orangutan in Aceh Barat Daya in Sumatra, Scorpion Foundation and its partners including the Orangutan Information Centre (OIC), the Natural Resources Conservation Agency (BKSDA Aceh), and local police, today succeeded in confiscating the primate.

Four Orangutans in Sumatra Still Suffering, MoEF Deft to NGO Calls (July 28, 2016)
